Conference facilities
Hotel Latrán offers a stylish lounge I.A (36.6 m²) for smaller groups (approx. 16 people in a U arrangement, 30 people theatre). The DEPO restaurant has a main hall with up to 130-150 seats inside and a terrace for another approx. 100-120 people. Both spaces have daylight and can be arranged in different variations (round table, cinema seating, etc. - e.g. 30 person theatre in sal. I.A, 120 persons in DEPO).
Technical equipment
Space rental includes a screen, flipchart and Wi-Fi. A data projector or laptop can be provided on request, and notepads, pencils or laser pointers are available for presentations.
Catering
Catering for conferences is provided by the DEPO restaurant. Standard conference packages (min. 10 people) include lounge rental for half or full day and refreshments - fruit, mineral water, coffee, tea, morning pastries or baguettes, 3-course lunch menu including a drink and afternoon dessert. For added convenience, you can order a more substantial coffee break with pastries, sandwiches or fruit.
Accompanying programme
Depending on interest, the organizers will also prepare an optional program in the surroundings of Český Krumlov - tours of the historical centre (day and unusual night tours), a visit to the brewery, entrances to the castle and museums or art galleries. The offer also includes teambuilding (sports activities such as rafting, horse riding or golf) and social entertainment (musical performances, concerts).
Accommodation
Multi-day events can be combined with accommodation in the centre. Guests have at their disposal the historic Latrán, Krčínův dům and Leonardo hotels, as well as Latrán 43 apartments and other buildings. With their own facilities, event participants will enjoy comfort right up to the door of their room.
